Banh trang thit heo is another speciality in Quang Nam which is a thin rice paper rolled with sliced ​​pork and herbs, bean sprouts, cucumbers and fresh mangoes. There are two types of rice papers including dry and wet versions. A far cry from spring rolls in Northern Vietnam and many other localities, dry rice papers, commonly called banh trang le are tough enough to roll while wet rice papers is a type of noodle that can be eaten instantly. This dish is often served with a sweet, spicy and sour sauce to add more flavours.
