Committee for tourism development of St. Petersburg and City Tourist Information Bureau will hold a presentation of tourist programs and hospitality industry services of St. Petersburg in the format of road show in cities of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Event will be held in Ho Chi Minh City at Le Méridien Saigon on 18 October 2022 and in Hanoi at Pullman Hanoi on 20 October 2022.
St. Petersburg, the city of white nights and drawbridges, is quite unique in Russian history. For more than two centuries, it was the magnificent capital of the great Russian Empire and now retains its status as the country’s cultural and ecclesiastical centre. The city, the historical centre of which is protected by UNESCO, has world-known museums, theatres, galleries, architectural monuments, cultural and educational institutions: the State Hermitage museum, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Russian National Library, Russian Museum – just some of them. According to statistics, in the pre-pandemic period, the number of tourists in St. Petersburg has reached 10 million. And even more than 10 million!
The purpose of the event is to develop partnerships between enterprises of tourist industry of St. Petersburg with representatives of tour operators and travel agencies of cities of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Presentation will feature new tourist and sightseeing programs, classic and extraordinary tourist sites, museums, historical and cultural monuments, events.
Participants from St. Petersburg:
- St. Petersburg tour operators, DMC;
- representatives of St. Petersburg hotels;
- representatives of cultural institutions and other tourist infrastructure of St. Petersburg.
The program includes:
- presentation of St. Petersburg’s tourism potential;
- B2B workshop;
- dinner with cultural program and raffle prizes from St. Petersburg participants;
