At Saigon Café Restaurant, guest can dine on a wide selection of Vietnamese traditional food to welcome the Year of the Rooster 2017 including beef & star fruit salad, Vietnamese fresh spring with soya bean sauce, wok fried glass noodle with crab meat, wok-fried beef luc lac, deep-fried seafood spring roll, crab cooked by your favorite sauce: Tamarind, sweet and sour or black pepper sauce. There are also international stations with mouth-watering highlighted food such as poached salmon with citrus butter sauce, baked chicken with honey and mustard or Korean BBQ pork rib.

Sweet Vietnamese desserts such as mũ gòn, Vietnamese tapioca with mung bean sweep soup, sticky rice with custard topping, and Vietnamese Tet traditional candies will be perfect to finish the celebration.
