Pullman Hanoi Hotel appointed its new Food and Beverage Manager

From July 2017, Mr. Karel Volders will join Pullman Hanoi team as Food and Beverage Manager and in charge of developing food and beverage offerings as well as quality of service at La Cheminée restaurant and Mint Bar.

Nearly 12 years working in international hotel chains such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and AccorHotels. Over 4 years in a number of restaurants in Europe. With totaling 16 years experience in Food & Beverage industry, Mr. Karel Volders has a wide knowledge of wine, Western cuisine, and especially the international standard of service quality.
