Pullman Hanoi Hotel appointed its new Food and Beverage Manager

From July 2017, Mr. Karel Volders will join Pullman Hanoi team as Food and Beverage Manager and in charge of developing food and beverage offerings as well as quality of service at La Cheminée restaurant and Mint Bar.

Nearly 12 years working in international hotel chains such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and AccorHotels. Over 4 years in a number of restaurants in Europe. With totaling 16 years experience in Food & Beverage industry, Mr. Karel Volders has a wide knowledge of wine, Western cuisine, and especially the international standard of service quality.

‘I am always eager to teach motivated people and learn new things in order to grow with our team. Being multilingual and having a lot of interest in other cultures, people and languages, I easily adapt to the country I live in. As Food and Beverage Manager in Pullman Hanoi and together with my team, we hope to bring the service’s quality to a higher level so our guests could experience a 5-star services.’, he stated.

Keeping up with Food and Beverage trends and not hesitating to face new challenges, Mr. Volders is believed to bring a new spirit to Pullman Hanoi and inspire the restaurant and bar team to offer the best services.
