(#wanderlusttips #parkhyattsaigon) This June, Chef Matteo Fracalossi at Opera Restaurant of Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel will take its guests to his hometown in Trentino Alto Adige to experience a four-course dinner menu showcasing the authentic Italian cuisine.
Located in Draped across the high Alps where Italy, Austria and Switzerland collide, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy’s northernmost region is a major draw for holiday-makers who mostly come for winter skiing, summer hiking and tranquil year-round tranquil vistas.
The culinary journey starts with carne salada and traditional cured beef, beans, onions, and Trentino grana foam. Then, you will be invited to savor the authentic dishes of Trentino with aged speck and apple risotto. Those meat lovers should not miss the white wine braised pork shank, served with grilled polenta, cabbage and milk. Last but not least, the dinner will ends well with deconstructed apple strudel.
At the same venue, guests will tuck into a Sunday brunch with a spacious and extravagant cooked-to-order seafood selection featuring Canadian oysters, Alaskan king crabs and black cod, snow crabs, and Japanese kingfish.
At another restaurant of Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel, Square One, diners will get a delightful meal of the charcoal- grilled Japanese signature Saga wagyu beef, cut to order and cooked to your liking. The Saga beef- steak is served with salad garnish and your choice of our signature sauces, including back pepper, béarnaise, mushroom, chimichurri, and café de Paris butter.
