Les Clefs d’Or is an international not-for- profit association made up of professional hotel Concierge. Members of the association are hotel concierges and are principally dedicated to the facilitation of travel and tourism. The aim of Les Clefs d’Or is to help improve and maintain the quality of service provided by the concierge in hotels, while continuously seeing out innovations and advancements in the travel and tourism industry. It’s vital for a member of the association to focus entirely on the area of hotel Concierge services while respecting the history and traditions of the hotel Concierge profession.
To be selected as a member of the Les Clefs d’Or, candidates must meet a set of strict criteria, which includes bilingual language proficiency requirement, minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of hospitality, being able to demonstrate good work ethics; and must also undertake a rigorous interview and consideration by the Application Review Committee.
