Mr Jean-Pierre Joncas graduated in Hospitality Management from the prestigious Cornell University. Thanks to his expertise and practical experiences, Mr Joncas has an in-depth understanding of guests’ desires and is dedicated to providing the best experience to satisfy those with even the most demanding requirements. Mr Joncas has played a pivotal role as the General Manager of Hotel de la Coupole since the first days of its opening.
