Regardless of my field of study or profession, my passion for entertaining friends, indulging in the art of wine and cooking, and hosting meaningful gatherings has always been a driving force in my life. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in nine different countries, and Bali, Indonesia, had been a dream of mine, though the timing was never aligned. When the opportunity arose to join Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, I eagerly seized it because the hotel’s iconic charm perfectly resonated with my vision and aspirations.

One of my most profound accomplishments stems from the privilege of working in 9 culturally diverse countries. However, my proudest moments are intertwined with witnessing the remarkable growth and development of my team, surpassing their own expectations and fulfilling their dreams of pursuing careers dedicated to prioritizing the needs of others, including guests and fellow colleagues.
What was an extremely difficult situation that you handled? How did you and your teammates overcome it?
The pandemic, recession, and financial challenges were undoubtedly the most formidable hurdles we faced. However, amidst these trials, I discovered the power of unity, empathy, and unwavering commitment to our values. Together, we rose above these obstacles, emerging stronger and more resilient than ever.
